Pre-opening Training
New franchisees will receive six weeks of training for the owner and General Manager. This will provide a comprehensive overview of managing an Chix Pollo restaurant. As your opening date approaches a restaurant specialist will work with you to help coordinate the details. On the opening date Chix Pollo personnel will be on hand to insure everything goes well.
Ongoing Training
Once your restaurant is up and running we will continue to support your efforts with a training program for your crew and management. Our training center is designed to provide training in all aspects of the restaurant operation.
