Overview
The first Chix restaurant was established in 2007, and had an award winning taste and concept, home of the “famous chicken strips”. Chix offered a comfortable, friendly ambience, with our new chicken restaurant design. Serving an American style menu featuring: Chix Strips, French Fries, Mashed Potatoes, Onion Tanglers, Texas Toast, Cole Slaw, Chix Dippin Sauce, Chix Secret Sauce, BBQ, Ranch, Honey Mustard, Sweet & Sour and Chix Dippin Gravy. Drinks: Pepsi Fountain Drinks, Tea, and Bottled Water. Desserts: Chix Cookies, and Chix Apple Fries. Food ingredients were the finest available and the sauce was Xtremely Xciting.
In 2010, the “Chix” name was changed to Chix Pollo, Pollo pronounced “Po-yo” Spanish for “Chicken”, to include both American and Mexican menus. Chix Pollo is destined to be one of the nation’s leading fast-casual operations, with dine-in, take-out, and drive thru options. Chix Pollo specializes in saturated fat free deep fried and flame-grilled chicken. Our American chicken will still be marinated in our original secrete recipe of herbs and spices. The Mexican Pollo will be marinated in our original secrete recipe of herbs, spices, garlic and citrus. Both recipes were passed down from the founding family. The chicken is then deep-fried or flame-grilled, and served hot, no food warmers in our operation.

In February 2010, Chix Pollo is now ready to franchise our concept. Chix Pollo restaurant has a comfortable and inviting setting. We are a fast-casual operation with dine-in, take-out, and drive thru options, with and exciting décor and theme. Our energy and atmosphere will appeal to families, groups, and schools.
